These terms cover the use of this website, healthai.today. They are short because the site is small: a few informational pages about software that is still being built.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is published for reading. No account, subscription or service is offered through it.
Two ordinary requests: please do not try to interfere with the site or with the systems that serve it, and please do not use the email address published here to send bulk or unsolicited messages.

The text, code, images and design of this site, and the HealthAI name and mark, belong to HealthAI. You are welcome to read the site, link to it, and quote a short passage with attribution. Please do not republish pages wholesale, and please do not use the name or mark in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

To the extent permitted by law, this site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content may be incomplete or out of date, and it may change without notice. There is no promise that the site will be reachable at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, HealthAI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from reliance on anything published on it, or from the site being unavailable.
Links to other sites
This site links outward in only two ways: an email address, and, from the privacy page, the privacy policy of the company that hosts the site. A link is not an endorsement, and I am not responsible for the content of a website I do not run.

These terms may be updated. When they are, the effective date at the top of this page moves with them. Using the site after that means accepting the updated version.
